  1. Create respondent table 
    1. Add variables that’s relevant for the follow-up process, such as respondent name, score on satisfaction question and open answers. 
    2. Set static filters so that only the respondents that should be contacted as part of the follow up process (such as respondents with low satisfaction scores)
  2. Link a respondent table to a Form report 
    1. Select which Form report the respondent table shall be linked to. This determines which form that shall be opened when a user click on a respondent. 
    2. Name the button that will open the Form report and the name the column that the button is placed in.

  1. Conditions
    1. Create logical expression for when an email shall be triggered. This expression is set up the same way as the logical expressions in Compute variables are set up.  
  2. Mail templates 
    1. Create email template that will be used for the email that is sent out. 
    2. The email that is sent out can include the respondent data that triggered the email. 
  3. Create
    1. Click on the button “New Event” to create an event.
    2. Edit the new event set it up. Select which conditions that should be fulfilled for the event to trigger and which mail template that shall be used.
    3. The events can be filtered so that the receivers only receive the email that they should have access to. This filtering is based on the access rights connected to the hierarchical filter or optional filters.
    4. Activate the new event.
